A reminder must be selected with a long press before it can be modified.
When a reminder is selected, it can be deselected with another long press.
All reminders have a description, a note is optional.
Reminders can be one-time or repeating. A one-time reminder has a due date. A repeating reminder has: the frequency with which it occurs, the date of the last occurrence, and the date of the next occurrence.
The main screen shows a list of the existing reminders, sorted by due date or date of the next occurrence, depending on whether the reminder is one-time or repeating.
The description field of a reminder is color coded: red for past due reminders, green for reminders due today, and gray for reminders due in the future.
Change the due date of one-time reminders or the last occurrence date of repeating reminders using the calendar that pops up when either of these fields is tapped.
Change the period (repetition interval) of a reminder by gently touching it and sliding it up or down. The periods are: “one-time,” “days,” “weeks,” “months, and “years.”
Scroll to the top of the reminders list by tapping the up arrow in the upper left corner of the main screen. If a reminder is selected, it will be deselected before the list scrolls up.
Create a new reminder by tapping the plus sign in the upper right corner of the main screen.
Tap the options button in the lower right corner of the main screen to get the version of this app (“About”), to access this help screen or the privacy policy, or to contact support.
The options button also includes “Create Calendar Event” which converts a selected reminder to an event on either the user’s Google calendar or their Apple calendar, whichever they choose. For this, the user must grant calendar access to Doit On Time.
